Josh Spainhour, CSCS
Josh brings 5+ years of Division 1 coaching experience to Spainhour Bros. He has work experience at Universities such as Miami, Kansas State, Wake Forest, ETSU, and Coastal Carolina. He has worked with Men's Basketball at each stop as well as every other olympic sport. Josh is currently Director of Sports Performance at Coastal Carolina for Men's Basketball and Golf.
Noah Spainhour, MS, CSCS
Noah brings 3+ years of collegiate strength and conditioning experience to the team along with time spent in the private sector. He has worked at Universities such as Wake Forest, Miami, Stephen F. Austin and ETSU. Noah is currently the Director of Sport Performance for Men's Basketball at ETSU.
Isaac Spainhour, CSCS
Isaac Spainhour brings 2+ years of collegiate strength and conditioning coaching experience to Spianhour Bros along with 4 year of Collegiate basketball experience. He played 4 season at Florida State University under Coach Leonard Hamilton. He now serves as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Emory and Henry University.
